Installation

Install dmpHunter on Linux, macOS, or Windows.

Requires Python 3.9+. Works cross-platform for analysis; Windows is only needed to create the dumps.

Standard Install

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/tasox/dmpHunter.git
cd dmpHunter

# Install from repo root (contains pyproject.toml)
pip install -e .

Optional: YARA Support

pip install -e .[yara]

Verify Installation

dmph --help
# or
dmpHunter --help
# or (alias)
mdr --help
